What is Reflexology?

A clinically informed therapeutic practice, reflexology works with a detailed map of reflex points on the feet, hands or face - each corresponding to specific organs, glands, and systems throughout the body.

As a Registered Reflexology Therapist, I apply precise, intentional pressure to these points, with sessions designed to support the body's natural ability to heal and find balance from within.
